Each session is 1 hour & 30 mins, and includes:
5-10 min opening & breathing (1st session is a consultation; check ins for every session after that)
20 min warm up & workout
5 min water break
10 min conditioning exercises
30 min training in preferred dance style
10 min drilling for muscle memory
5 min cool down / Closing
