But only the dance lives at once in both space and time. In it the creator and the thing created, the artist and the expression, are one. Each participates completely in the other. There could be no better metaphor for an understanding of the mechanics of the cosmos

Les Ballet Afrik at LincoIn center. In homage to the 30th anniversary of "Paris Is Burning," the documentary about voguing and drag balls, and the powerful expression of personal pride they represent in the face of racism, homophobia, and stigma of the AIDS crisis, Works & Process commissioned Omari Wiles, founding father of the House of Oricci and a legend within the ballroom community, to produce "New York Is Burning."

Establish Your Empire NY/Jersey Vol. 4! After being accepted into the program, these fearless dancers pushed past their limits and learned a piece within 10 hrs of rehearsals, performed at Prelude New Jersey, and filmed this video.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary and to pay homage to "Paris Is Burning," Omari Wiles, founding father of the House of Oricci, presents "New York Is Burning," a Works & Process commission made in and for the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed theater at the Guggenheim. Performed by his company, Les Ballet Afrik, "New York Is Burning" will bring the Ballroom to the Guggenheim and feature Wiles’s AfrikFusion, a style that fuses traditional African dances and Afrobeat styles with House dance and Vogue.

We came across this beautiful bunny one day adventuring in the woods. Afterward, everything we encountered just seemed so magical that I wanted to try and reflect how we felt with some editing magic. I LOVE a story and a good abstract visual! :) Everything was filmed on our phones, (so please don't mind the uneven picture sizes!), and edited using Adobe Premiere Pro. I'm testing out some new skills I've learned, so please just bear with me lol

A project on celebrating Hispanic and Latinx heritage, shedding light on colorism, and coming together despite troubling times, we're closing out Hispanic Heritage Month 2017 with a bang!

This is a special project for me because there's something in it I wanted to share. It's the first real video that I've done conceptually by myself, and although it may seem simple, it speaks volumes to who I am as a dancer, choreographer, artist, and person. I picked this song because when I heard Jhene's verse, I heard a message, and it was a message that needed to be said in the mirror. I see this as me talking to myself, and reminding myself and all of you, just how important I am...because I AM.

"In order to meet each other, we must first meet ourselves." Pizarts Dance Gap Year/BAR residency season 3 final project! A look into our perception of the self, and how all parts come together.

Christie Neptune, Visual artist, had an idea to grab people's attention in Union Square and asked if I could help! This is the result of that. Enjoy!
